today i learned three things:
1. while safari has its issues, i'm finding that after my first full day of firefox the bookmark and speed capabilities of safari are better than firefox

2. an external hard drive can make dreams come true... while keeping you up all night

3. the motivation signs tell me that someone else agrees "yoga!" can cease the injuries. as least the hammy issues
